At Agents2Automate, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include in your email:

 - Email address associated with your account
 - Phone number (if applicable)
 - Specific data you want deleted (or "all data")
 
💬 Method 2: WhatsApp Message
Contact us via WhatsApp Business
Send a message stating: "I request deletion of my personal data"
We will verify your identity and process your request

Provide your account details for verification
Data Deletion Process
- Request Received: We acknowledge your request within 24 hours
 - Identity Verification: We verify your identity to protect your data (1-2 business days)
 - Data Review: We identify all data associated with your account
 - Deletion: We permanently delete your data from our systems (within 30 days)
 - Confirmation: You receive confirmation once deletion is complete
 
Timeline
We will complete your data deletion request within 30 days of verification. In most cases, deletion is completed within 7-14 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- ✓ Your personal information (name, email, phone)
 - ✓ Your account credentials and settings
 - ✓ WhatsApp conversation history stored on our servers
 - ✓ Business information and preferences
 - ✓ Usage data and analytics tied to your account
 - ✓ Any custom AI training data specific to your account
 
What We May Retain
For legal and security reasons, we may retain certain data:
- Transaction records (required for tax and accounting purposes) - 7 years
 - Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
 - Data required to comply with legal obligations
 - Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
 
Third-Party Data
If you've connected third-party services (payment processors, CRM systems), you may need to request deletion directly from those providers:
- WhatsApp/Meta: WhatsApp Privacy Policy
 - Payment Processors: Contact your payment provider directly
 - Cloud Storage: AWS data retention policies apply
 
Consequences of Data Deletion
Please note that deleting your data will:

 - ⚠️ Delete all your WhatsApp automation workflows
 - ⚠️ Remove all conversation history and analytics
 - ⚠️ Cancel any active subscriptions
 - ⚠️ This action cannot be undone
 
Partial Deletion
If you want to delete specific data while keeping your account active, please specify in your request:
- Delete conversation history only
 - Delete specific customer data
 - Delete analytics data
 - Remove specific integrations

Data Deletion for Facebook/Meta Apps
If you've connected your Facebook account or used our services through Meta platforms:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
 - Click "Settings" → "Apps and Websites"
 - Find "Agents2Automate" in the list
 - Click "Remove" to revoke access
 - Then submit a deletion request to us using the methods above
 
Verification Requirements
To protect your data, we require verification before processing deletion requests. We may ask for:
- Email confirmation from your registered email address
 - Phone verification via SMS or call
 - Answer to security questions
 - Copy of government-issued ID (for high-security accounts)
