You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Data Deletion Process

  1. Request Received: We acknowledge your request within 24 hours

  4. Deletion: We permanently delete your data from our systems (within 30 days)
  5. Confirmation: You receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Timeline

We will complete your data deletion request within 30 days of verification. In most cases, deletion is completed within 7-14 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • ✓ WhatsApp conversation history stored on our servers

Third-Party Data

If you've connected third-party services (payment processors, CRM systems), you may need to request deletion directly from those providers:

Consequences of Data Deletion

Please note that deleting your data will:

  • ⚠️ Cancel any active subscriptions
  • ⚠️ This action cannot be undone

If you want to delete specific data while keeping your account active, please specify in your request:

  • Delete conversation history only
  • Delete specific customer data
  • Delete analytics data
  • Remove specific integrations

Data Deletion for Facebook/Meta Apps

If you've connected your Facebook account or used our services through Meta platforms:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
  2. Click "Settings" → "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Agents2Automate" in the list
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke access
  5. Then submit a deletion request to us using the methods above

Verification Requirements

To protect your data, we require verification before processing deletion requests. We may ask for:

  • Email confirmation from your registered email address
  • Phone verification via SMS or call
  • Answer to security questions
  • Copy of government-issued ID (for high-security accounts)
